Pelvic Floor Dysfunction. Weakness or spasm in the pelvic floor muscles that brings pain with sitting or movement.
Piriformis Syndrome. A deep hip muscle irritating the sciatic nerve, causing pain in the buttock and low back.
Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction. Irritation where the spine meets the pelvis, often felt as low back, hip, or buttock pain.
Musculoskeletal Strain. Strained muscles or connective tissue around the pelvis and low back that limit movement.
Bursitis. Inflamed cushioning sacs near the hip or pelvis that ache and worsen with pressure.
Lumbar Radiculopathy. A pinched nerve root in the low back that can send pain into the pelvis, hip, or leg.
